This Site currently publishes no client testimonials, star ratings, review scores or endorsements. It does not add review or rating data for search engines. If testimonials are added in the future, this page will state whether each one is verified, edited for length, incentivized, submitted voluntarily or taken from a third-party platform, and any material connection to the publisher will be disclosed next to it.

2. Photographs are illustrative

Most photographs on this Site were generated with artificial-intelligence tools to illustrate a topic. They are not photographs of real Belmont streets, homes, neighborhoods, landmarks or Peters projects, and some show features Belmont does not have. Do not use any image to judge a property, a view, water access, a finish, or current conditions. See the AI Disclosure.

3. Examples are composites
