1. Where AI is used

The monthly Journal. Articles on the Journal are written by an AI model and published automatically on a monthly schedule. They are not reviewed by a person before they appear.
Photographs. Most images on the Site are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of real Belmont places or projects.
Drafting and editing. Guide pages were drafted and edited with AI assistance, then organized by the publisher.

2. AI output can be wrong

AI can produce text that sounds confident but is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or misleading — including wrong names, dates, prices, rules and places. Automatically published articles can contain errors that no one has caught yet.

3. Do not rely on it for important decisions

Do not use AI-generated material as the basis for buying, selling, building, financing, insuring, renovating, school enrollment, or any other consequential decision. Confirm every fact with the responsible organization or a licensed professional.

4. Your information

No visitor information is sent to an AI provider. The Journal is written from topic prompts set by the publisher. Messages you email to us are not submitted to an AI provider by this Site.

5. Report an error
