1. What we will never ask for

2. Wire and payment fraud

Criminals impersonate agents, builders, closing attorneys and lenders, then send "updated" wiring instructions or invoices. Before sending any money, call the recipient at a phone number you found independently — not one in the message — and confirm the instructions verbally. Changed payment instructions are a warning sign.

3. Impersonation and lookalike sites

Watch for spoofed email addresses, misspelled domains and lookalike social accounts. The only official domain for this Site is belmonthomesnc.com, the only official email is npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com, and the only official phone number is 704-264-4572. Verify anything sensitive through those channels.

4. No system is completely secure

No website, email or internet transmission can be guaranteed secure. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details or similar information by email.

5. Reporting a security issue

If you believe you found a security vulnerability on this Site, describe it briefly to npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com. Do not access data that is not yours, disrupt the Site, or run automated or intrusive testing; this page is not permission to test. If you have been defrauded, contact your bank immediately and report it at ic3.gov and to local police.
